if say a website has pagerank 3 how can i find out for which keywords the website/domain is ranked there?

I just found this tool in Google, but haven't used it: #1 Keyword Software & Keyword Tool for Keyword Research & Tracking

Hi, you need to know "PageRank" or "SERP(Search Engine Result Page)". Both are different, I hope you are looking for SERP.

PageRank and ranking are like horses and apples => the same relationship (i.e. none... unless, of course, the horse pulls the cart with apples )

To find out which keywords your site ranks for you can use either SEO rank checking software or service. Service is better as most usually use the 'right' tools to check it.
There are services with free accounts up to 10 keywords like sescout e.g., but if you only need to check ranking once (not every day) then use this free online tool:
