Is there a tool (prefer free) that will crawl the site and show all the 404 pages?
Except Webmaster Tools. I am looking for a third party.

There should be only one...

Do you mean how many pages that are not found?

Very simple to do using cpanel.

Morphius,

You could look into spydermate.com. They will only crawl the first ten pages for free though. I suspect that you will find the same thing for many third party software packages on the web. Some may be free but they are limited. The basic plan from spydermate is only 20 bucks a month and you could always cancel after you ran a bunch of reports.

  You can also use Screaming Frog to find all 404's on a site.
