Need help with dealing with 404s created by no external link plugin!?
- SEO |
Say I linked to Forbs.com, it would make it blogstash.com/Go/http://www.forbs.com/
Now, I have gotten rid of that plugin a while back. I jut noticed I am getting lots of 404 in my Google WMT account.
I know 404s are not that big, but I just don't like having 100's of them.
I wonder if any of you guys have faced this issue, and if so, how you dealt with it?...
Do you think I should just ask Google to remove these links from their index? (since they are not on my site any more, so it's not like someone can click on them and get the same 404 again, triggering Google to show it on WMT.)
Thank you all in advance.
