Must haves?

Is there paid service/software SEO wise that I absolutely cannot live without?

I just started my first web-store Suavocado.com and have zero experience with SEO or anything in the like. I did some research (googled SEO) and it seems like all I need to do is blog stuff and get people to link to my website. If that's wrong please tell me.

The bad news - its a lot of reading. But if you're going to do this you had better learn what is good and what is bad so you don't get ripped off.
