Should I use the Keyword in the Category in the URL? (Wordpress)

Hi! I'm creating the structure of my new website and I would like to know if using categories is a good idea or not.
Example:
http:// domainame.com / keyword-here-title-of-article
Vs.
http:// domainame.com / keyword-here / keyword-here-title-of-article
Do you think it's a good idea or could I have some problems with the site structure if the site scales up?
Is it worth it? Could it help my rankings?
