Which one should I use. I want to earn the most money out of amazon auto blog.

            You forgot the 6th one: None of the above.

            I've got a feeling many, if not all, violate the terms of being
            an amazon affiliate. The number one violation, IMHO, is
            clicking on an ad or image, and that ad or image is not
            shown or revealed to be going to amazon.com. Each and
            every link and image you use, MUST make it clear to
            the person clicking that they are clicking on an ad that
            will redirect them to amazon.com. But, I turn blue
            in the face by pointing stuff like this out. Nobody cares.

            I always believe that if you NEED a plugin, then you
            probably don't actually "need" one. You should be doing
            it another way.

            Did you also know that the only way you can frame/iframe amazon
            content is by using the iframe code they give you? If you
            frame anything else, like your store, it is a violation. It used
            to be common to sell these things about 10 years ago. People
            would get a domain, make a custom header, use frames for
            the store below, making it look like the store resided on the domain.
