SPAM Website On the first SERP !

It's about 50-50. Sometimes I think "she's" a bot, sometimes not.

Forget about all the terrible advice in this thread.

If that happened, then your site was nothing to begin with.

Contact a lawyer? Come on. This is not spilling hot coffee on your
pants...it's the internet. A DMCA? Hardly worth a nickel.

Besides, you people act as if United State law transfers across
borders. From the highly spammmed countries, sadly, it
doesn't.

The only thing you can do, is make your site better!

Newsflash: Your content is stolen and passed around the
web all the time. So what? Unless you are a music or
movie company, not much you can do. It's called
the cost of doing business on the internet. I don't even
check such things. Why should I? To be shocked into
thinking I can do something? Hardly. I have enough stress
as it is.

Google tells you one thing, over and over. Make your site
better, continue to do good things, and the crap that others
do will not matter.

As long as people shmooze google, people will try and
shmooze the schmoozers. It's a vicious cycle I want
no part in.
