I learned from experienced SEO persons that a page with lower than 30 outbound backlinks, can provide a lot of link juice to a site. It is really tough to get a PR 7 page where it is possible to get a backlink. It is a piece of diamond.

Yes i can buy one at friends pr7 blog for a special price but there are 25 other outgoing links on it so i was wandering if it will give any juice or just a tiny bit off it spread over all other links

Did you not know that PR is divided by the total number of links on
the page? Do the math to see how much "PR," theoretically,
eash link will get. And this includes nofollow links in the mix as
well. It's a division of ALL links on the page, regardless of
      nofollow.

I should add that google does not use all the PR. It will use
between 80-90% of it. At least that is the general consensus
      among PR freaks.

But be wary of buying links to increase PR. It's a violation
of google webmaster guidelines, and it seems to be what you
are doing. If google decideds that page is selling links, that
too will decrease the PR of that page eventually.

I can't even fathom a blog page having 25 links unless they
are internal. If all 25 are outbound links, I'd steer clear of
paying for a link on that site. The links may ending up
being worthless, worse yet, hurting you. If google decides
you are buying links for PR, your PR will decrese.

I suggest you read what google publishes before asking this
stuff in the WF. They make all this info readily available
to anyone who cares to listen.

If it's a genuine PR7 page, you would be paying thousands of dollars for the link.

I would be highly suspicious that it's a real PR7.

Definitely... A link on a page with PR-7 will be cool. It will definitely give you a lot of link juice.

The flow of link juice depends upon the OBLs of the high authority domain. If the authority domain contains less OBLs, more link juice will be passed and the link juice will be distributed among them. You can take advantage of a good amount of link juice if this authority domain has less OBLs.

As we all know, the lower the OBLs, the better.

To receive more ranking power out of the link, ask your friend to put it in relevant content as opposed to a footer or side bar link.

True it will be divided into the number of links you have on a page. plus it also depends if some has are no follow attributes plus how high is the authority of site and page.

It really depends. I would be more concerned about where on the page the link is placed--if it's just a sidebar or (even worse) a footer link, then it might not pass any PR (or might even pass a small amount). If the link was in context (in the middle of a sentence) towards the top of the page, then it might count more.

lowers OBL is better if just one page has more tan 50 OBL that questionable, you'll still get link juice but not as power as a Actual PR7 would give you!

If it's a blog comment page it won't stay 25OBL for too long
