How to Manage Payment Methods for Multiple Facebook Accounts?

I just started managing Facebook ads for a client of mine, and will likely be picking up another client or two in the coming months.
I also manage ads for my own pages, which has introduced a problem.
I'm wondering how to set different "primary" payment methods for the different clients?
As it stands, it looks like I can only make one payment method the primary for everything. And it appears that all ads from all accounts charge that same payment method.
What am I missing here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
