Marketing Ideas for Remote Computer Support Company?

I apologize if I posted this in the wrong forum! I'm struggling to figure out where to put my time and concentration when it comes to promoting my business.
My business OnlineVirusRepair.com has been online for about 3 months. I've spent most of my time working on getting my rankings up through quality content, press releases, and the social media. However, it's not growing fast enough, and there are a number of overseas companies that are taking a lot of the business. In fact, I should say that I do get a great amount of traffic from search engines, but most of it doesn't convert to clients. I'm not really concerned with the SEO side of things, I know that will take time and improve gradually.
The main service my company offers is remote virus removal and computer cleanups. Unlike many of the other sites, we only charge for what we can fix. That means if someone calls us and has a virus, we will only bill them after the computer is fixed. We also provide a free estimate, and everyone speaks clear and fluent English
I know there is a TON of business out there, but I just don't know how to reach people. It's unbelievable how many computers could benefit from having a malware/spyware cleanup without the user even being aware!
It makes me cringe when people call and tell me they signed up for a yearly service agreement with these overseas companies that barely speak English and don't provide the level of service people deserve.
I'm more than happy to pay a nice percentage of any sale that is sent to my site, but I haven't been able to find a solid affiliate program that will work with us since we're a new company.
My two questions are:
- Are there any affiliate programs that would work with my company?
- Any other marketing ideas to help promote my site and services?
