microsoft adcenter for clickbank vendor?

It's been a while since I advertised on microsoft adcenter. Can someone just update me what their stance is towards mini-sites such as a Clickbank vendor site (just a sales letter page + some disclaimers + aff page etc.)?
Does Microsoft Adcenter frown upon those sites or not?
Let me clarify that I'm the vendor in this case, so I'm not sending anyone through affiliate links. There is no squeeze page, just straight to the sales letter.
I know that google adwords doesn't like Clickbank sites at all, even vendor sites.
However, are they typically ok on MS AdCenter?
