High CTR, Low CPC on new webhost

This all started almost a week ago. Till 28th March everything was running pretty fine. I wasn't happy with my then webhost and decided to move to Hostgator.
On 29th March I moved my existing website to new host. Since, then my CTR has increased by 3-4 % and my CPC has dropped to 0.25. Earlier my CTR used to be around 1% which is pretty normal and CPC used to be around 1.20%. This has started occurring on daily basis.
Right now in Google Adesene, I can see 257 page views with 14 clicks which means CTR of around 5.4 which has never ever occurred before. Out of 3 ad units, one ad unit has got 6 clicks and another one has got 8 clicks with combined CPC of 0.00 which means not even a single cent.
I just can't understand how change in hosting can increase CTR and result in low CPC.
Can somebody please throw some light and let me understand the reason behind this change.
