You should better try free links. Buying links sometime is not ethical search engine optimization. Still there are a lot more ways to get quality natural links which are given more wattage by Google. You should try articles, press release, forums and guest posting.

There're a lot of sites where you can buy links. The question is what criteria you use to measure the quality of backlinks. The number #1 mistake is that many think a higher PR link is a quality link, but there're many metrics for link quality: site traffic, social signals, content quality and etc.

Hello,

I personally avoid buying High PR homepage backlinks, unless they have thousands of links pointing to the homepage. There's no point having a PR 3 domain with 6 links pointing to it to give it that PR, there will be almost no SERP benefit.

For example, a PR 3 site that has 40 backlinks will provide you with VERY little SERP boost, while a PR 3 site that has 4000 backlinks is more likely to give you more SERP boost.

I'm sorry but are you saying that link juice is measured in quantity rather than quality.

So you believe that if site A is PR3 (outdated metric I know!) and has 40 links and site B is Pr3 and has 4000 links, a link to your blog from site B is better? If you are then you need to stop giving advice I'm afraid.

I have less than 50 links to most of my sites, all of which are page 1 google sites for competitive niches. Link quality is what is important not quantity. The site with 4000 back links obviously has many very weak, probably spammy, links. Do you really want to be part of that?

Even I know this: A qual link is one that is in a similar industry and you actually have a real relationship with and similar goals and customers.

By definition, if you have to buy one it is not qual.

Tell me, how does Google 'know' you, or anyone else buys backlinks? Do they track your backlink purchases, and then somehow link your name to the websites you own, and then penalize you? No.

Google does have ways of finding out. Your competitors can report you for one.

Technically, buying any link that passes PageRank (i.e. is not nofollow) is blackhat according to Google.

The only exceptions to this are where links have strong editorial process, like Yahoo Dir.

I won't talk about my company on here but I will give you some advice. When searching for that company to work for you just make sure they don't use any software to place the links and remember relevancy is just as important as PR. Dofollow is the best but make sure that your portfolio is diverse with a good mix of nofollow links as well. Make sure your anchor text is varied and well balanced too.

You find a journalist to sell you links in real articles that they can slip you site into. Or directly approach webmasters. There are very few consultants who would reliably do this for you. I personally don't know of any.

You might as well be shopping on fiverr unless your targeting the IM niche. My point is, it's doubtful you'll find any good links on WF that are relevant to your niche (unless your in the IM niche).

Your long term quality links are on same niche sites, not just same niche pages. There's a difference.

Don't try to buy backlinks, always create backlinks in an organic way or create natural backlinks for your site. If you buy backlinks your site could be penalized.

I wouldn't buy them. Guest posting is awesome so I would stick to that or build my own blog network.

I wouldn't buy them honestly because

A.) That site linking to you can go down. You have no control.
B.) Your links need to be relevant. How relevant are the links you are purchasing?
C.) Can be pricey considering it's a WIN/Lose situation so they can play you for the money.
D.) The money spent buying links could just be spent building your own network

Your network can be used for multiple reasons. It's yours, so it's a great investment.

If you really want to buy HIGH QUALITY backlinks, the only way to do that would be to search for Authority sites related to your niche and contact the website owner if you could post an article content with a backlink to your site. Chances are ... 1 in every ten would respond and its pricy... Even though these are the hardest links to get... they could be worth it.

I know that a lot of large sites especially in the travel industry usually get quality links by contacting writers/authors on large authority sites like Huffington Post. They then get contextual links which are surrounded by other contextual links, which makes the link look extremely natural and very difficult for Google to spot.

However obviously this can be very expensive, if you're a niche site this list is pretty good to start with:

Odesk can be a good shout for broken link building, which is as WHITE hat as you can get. Find expired content, recreate it (odesk), get all the link data (ahrefs is my favourite), get contact information of links (can outsource this on Odesk), use a broken email template, get the outsourcer to contact, then boom.

Paid backlinks are not helpful, you need to get backlinks from do-follow and high page rank websites with the help of interesting and unique content. I think getting paid links is not good practice and Google doesn't appreciate it.

I am curious to know what more experienced marketers opinions are on iwriter backlinks? I didn't realize it until recently, but they actually offer backlinks by submitting the articles that you have written on iwriter to other sites. Downside is that the link are only between 0-3 PR I believe. I don't know if this would help or hurt your ranking.

I am new here and this is my first post. I've been following this forum for awhile though, and since the idea of getting links to my site has been on my mind, I decided to join today and post my two cents.

I have gone back and forth about buying back links to my site. In the past, I found one of those online ads that promoted some deal like, "get 1,000 pr8 links for $80" or one of those too-good-to-be-true promotions. Bottomline is, that burnt me and I spent years (yes, years) disavowing all of the damage it did to me. We were once ranked #1 for top keywords and found ourselves fall off the charts after Penguin. What that awesome back link special left me with was a lot of spammy links that ruined everything I worked for.

I still believe you can buy thinks through because at the end of the day, Google doesn't know what was bought and what wasn't. The fact is, you can read the most beautifully written article on HuffingtonPost or whatever site you like which references another site. There is no way to be 100% sure that some site didn't buy off the author for a back link?

In fact, I know for a fact some do because I've been quoted upwards of $1,000+ for a link there. haha

At the end of the day, all Google see is a good site with good links. It doesn't know how the links got there, but that they are there. That's the truth. If a healthy site with good content mentions your site and it relates to the conversation, it is considered a good back link.

I don't think buying back links is bad, but you need to be careful about where you buy them and make sure monitor them because a good link today could be damaging tomorrow. I've been looking through some inventory at sites that sell links and viewing their blogs for linking. At first glance, 99% of the blogs are just some blog that somebody threw up on the web and it's kind of a mess of a content, mess of a message. They may title the article, "A blog about sewing" and if you operated an online store that sold sewing machines, you might think to yourself, this would be a GREAT site to get a back link with. Right?

When you dig deeper you realize that the blog content has little to do with sewing, as the blogger writes about everything from lawnmowers to smoothies. If that doesn't draw your suspicion, you look at other back links they have accepted and are linking to. Remember, someday you could be in this same blogroll list. In my honest option, if you truly made a blog about "sewing" you would like to link to good sewing resources but since these blog owners are only in it to make a buck, they link to anybody with money. You have links about "check cashing", links about "making plans to travel", and just a mess of links which I believe devalues all of the links on that page because it makes the page look spammy, risks everybody for getting flagged, and makes YOUR NEW back link worthless.

So, can you buy back links? Yes. BUT like any link you have to be careful of who is linkingto you, watch who that site links to after you or who they linked to before you, watch how they add content, whether the site turns into a mess, etc. I've actually had a number of legit sites link to me and that back link was great for years but then they slowly started to allow more and more spammy links onto their site and one day, that link hurt much more than it helped.

The bottomline is, you want to find good resources to get links from, resources that relate to your message and provide a link to you makes sense. A bad example, would be this thread. People are talking about linking, SEO, back links, etc. A few people are linking suggestions and the suggestions relate, so they work. If somebody put a link on this thread about discounted watches, that might look spammy! haha

I fully agreed with you. We need buy quality backlinks but we need careful, track and monitor after buying. We can not do all the work by ourself as: design, writing, upload to website, do social media, build backlinks. If we do not have a team, the works will overload us.

Mainly from my point of view, I think the main thing is to create the right ratio of between nofollow link and dofollow links, because the search engine may penalize you.
However some tools I know to create and control back links are, linkdiagnosis.com, majestic seo site explorer, ahrefs site explorer.

I think you have to create backlink rather than buy links. There are too many white hat methods to create authority links. First yiu have to submite your site in top ten social bookmarking sites. Forum posting is also a good way to create good liks and traffic generate as well. And guest bligging is very best and these are very authority links.

Buying quality backlinks wouldn't be effective at all as you can't predict how much quality it is of and what impact can be seen on the position of your website in search engines. Rather than buying trying to make your own backlink by posting good contents in social bookmarking sites, by doing QnA or by making engaging blogs in which you can add informative and interesting contents that could drag the attention of viewers towards your website or blog easily and it is a genuine means as well.

The best way to buy backlinks is to target them and find the ones that have to do directly or in tune with your niche. You can simply utilize free tools like "Whois" in order to find emails to domains from within your niche. Then you send a nice warm email representing your brand and page and if it holds some good true quality most likely this business and website will ALSO in return want to have you as a backlink.. Many respect the content if you have it more than the ranking... sometimes you can even re-package it as not ALL webmasters know what a backlink truly is (most get developers to make their site then take over again).

I've been buying backlinks for a while for my affiliate sites - especially ones I'm approaching with a bit of "churn and burn" mindset. To be honest, I've kind of stopped caring too much about what Google thinks of my sites ... and I don't seem to have suffered too many repercussions (yet - I know I'll have to eat those words one day).

Of course my strategy is different for sites I want to do 100% white hat.

Anyway, I've been buying links through Source Market as opposed to Warriors for Hire or any other service. There's loads of good options available. In particular, I like DownUnderSEOs citation building gig - this vendor will happily let you submit an affiliate site as long as you've got some contact info you can use for it. Seems to work great for building up diversity and ranking lower comp keywords.

There are many places to buy backlinks online. You can look in the Warrior for Hire section to find some providers, or you can search in Google. The definition of what a quality backlink is varies to many people. I judge a quality backlink service based on whether or not it gets ranking improvement results for clients. Many people have an assumption that a certain type of backlink is "spammy" or that links that are not manually built are "spammy". However, the reality is that the only thing that matters is if the service provides positive results. Google is the one determining where to rank the website, and the opinion of what a quality backlink actually is does not determine the ranking results. I recommend to read reviews from backlink providers, and determine whether or not that provider actually delivers results. This will help you determine who you should actually buy a backlink package from.

don't buy them! you can easily create your own. There's tons of software out there that will do this for you with little to non experience. For example my service, we offer SEO tools for rent on our desktops all you need to do is learn one of the tools watching our training videos and voila, you can now make unlimited quality backlinks to your blog. I wouldn't hire anyone to do a task that would cost you $40/m for example renting a desktop from us or some similar service.

You are joking. If you did all of thing and your site did not get much traffic how can you do. At that time, we will have some options:

Really? I would have given up long ago. My content is the result of many many decades. My articles took 2 years to write.

I worked 60 hours to generate Keywords and am already ranking many articles. Not my front page, yet.

Would I really want to risk all that work buying shady backlinks?

Lets say I build 2-5 a day. Eventually I will have enough.

What if you could buy backlinks from a seller who can hook you up with legitimate links from Wikipedia, The Huffington Post, or Forbes? Would that be a bad idea?

Rather than buying backlinks, you must create backlinks of high quality by creating it on authority sites. Smart move staying away from crap links. Try creating or purchasing a piece of content worthy of receiving white hat links then pay a VA to conduct a link outreach for you. It takes less time and is cheaper than you may think. Plus it's pure white hat loving for your site. Good luck in your quest!

I used to buy some decent backlinks from diggity links but i recently switched to muscle links. They sell the backlinks upfront from $50 so you don't have to deal with sketchy monthly services. They only offer premium backlinks and handwrite an article with every link. They helped me rank a few of my websites so i'm pretty satisfied with them. They're the only company offering that boutique style service for half of the competition, up front.
