Trying to find a website

A long time ago I got a link to a website where I could search different google adresses to see if my site are going to be indexed.
I can't find this url and I don't know the keyword phrase to find it.
Can anyone please help me.

What does that even mean (going to be indexed)?

Either the page is indexed or it's not, there's no site that can predict anything Google will/won't do.
