SEO Mobile IPs

Hi everyone,
as most of you know - fresh and clean IPs are essential for SEO.
Since a while I have been working on creating my own proxy that runs on a 3G connection. I am now able to change my IP by script essentially telling the network to restart and get a new IP. All these IP are completely legit as they use a real mobile provider. (Vodafone, Telekom etc.)
I am doing this in Germany right now but I was thinking if there was interest to team up and build a small network across some western countries. (UK, DE, U.S, FR, ES etc.)
Again the idea is to have a tight group of people running these proxies and everyone could use each others proxies.
Useful Skills:
- Linux experience in setting up proxies (Squid)
- Physical location in a western country
- Willing to invest a little money to get a few UMTS sticks
- No Hacking / Illegal activities that get the other people in trouble
