    Custom programs. I figure what tasks I want completed, and develop the tool to fit the need.

    Now most people do not have that ability, so they go with the automated systems. Which are decent, but a little cookie cutter. One does this good, but doesn't do that well. So it's hard to find one that is exactly what you need.
