URGENT

The first time when I signed up for Adsense it took me 4-5 pin requests before they finally send that pin to my address. No kidding.

How I can contact Google adsense people. Do they any email contact id.

Almost impossible to contact them, everything refers to their support forum. No e-mails, no telephone numbers, nothing.

Sometimes it takes couple of weeks (~2 months) to get the PIN number. How long it passed when you applied for the PIN verification?

My first pin was not received by me. I requested 2nd pin, even that was not received. I was waiting for this pin. I did not request for further generation of pin.

My adsense was approved in November' 12. Today six months passed have since my adsense approval. Today google started showing blank ads. When I checked my account, I found following alert message there:

"Your pages are displaying blank ad units because you haven't yet verified your PIN and/or phone number."

My phone number is verified. I requested for re-generation of pin after reading this alert.

Now my account is displaying a message:

"If you don't receive your PIN within 4 weeks of this date, please complete this form and attach a digital image of a government issued ID card, bank statement or telephone bill displaying your payee name and postal address as it appears in your account.

Once we receive your email, we'll respond within 2-3 days regarding your PIN verification status."

I request the warriors to please advise me on the following:

(i) Since, I requested for regeneration of pin, will Google continue displaying blank ads on my site till verification of my address;

(ii) Should I wait for 30 days or submit now the form with my statement of bank accounts stating my address.

Kindly advise what should I do. I am of the opinion since the latest Google message says to wait for 30 days for receiving of my latest generated pin & submit form with statement thereafter, I should wait for 30 days. But in this case there will be no google ads on my site for next 30 days.

Sometimes mails/sms take a while.

Now if I submit the form before 30 days, will they accept it.

And if they do not accept it before 30 days, will I get another option to send it after 30 days, as this option is an auto option.

In your case:

(i) Did Google started displaying blank ads space.

(ii) Did you raise the request for regenerating pin and received the message same like I have received, but you submitted the form before expiry of 30 days

I submitted today statement of my bank account as my address proof to Google adsense. With in half an hour my site pages have started displaying ad units. Never seen such a fast response.
