Earnings/Traffic has dropped! Is this normal?

Hey,
I have been using Adsense for few months now.
I got 1 autoblog site that was making about 5-7€/daily total.
I just changed template about 2 weeks ago of that site, it was getting about 3k unique visits daily.
It took about 1h to finish whole project, I had maintenance plugin turned on at that time I set-up new template/fixed ad positions and so on.
After I turned maintenance plugin off, earnings/traffic has gone smoothly lower and lower by day.
Good if I make even 3€/daily with Adsense.
Is this normal?

Is there something you would change?
Also, CTR is about 1-2% daily.
How I could increase it?
