Is there any Extension or Component for Joomla, in which I can rewrite my Title Tag & Description?

    You can do it by simply going to your menu and selecting your menu item. Then just change the page title and meta description. The settings are on the right hand side

        It's not free but a lot cheaper and does what you ask: rewrite titles. Components like Sh404 do way more than that. They rewrite urls.

    SEOBoss is what you need. About SEF, I personally would stick to in-build SEF system, the paid components might be more flexible, but most of the time are huge headache and often there is incompatibility which will overload the server or lead to 500 errors.

    Even without any component, be sure that you do good job with your .htaccess file, plus turn on gzip compression as Joomla is quite heavy and slow, because large number of js libraries.

    1. Make use of Search engine friendly URL
    2. Craft catch Page titles for every page inside your website
    3. Setup Meta data for all pages inside your website
    4. Make the most of 404 error page pages
    5. Put in H1 Tags in Joomla
    6. Redirect all requests to www : Never have non-www links, since search engines hate that. Always put the htaccess redirector for non-www to www.
    7. Turn on your Cache : Switch on the System Cache, since that makes the site load faster and search engines love fast loading websites.
    8. Social Bookmarking on pages : Install a social bookmarking plugin on your page and let users share the knowledge.
