Best keyword tool for SEO?

I have been using Google s keyword suggestion tool for SEO and choosing the best keywords to focus on. Is there another keyword tool with similar or better results for keyword research?

You can try Market Samurai or Traffic Travis. Both of them are good and should support your need.

  Yeah, I think that Market Samurai is great. It kind of depends a bit more on your niche and how in depth you need your keyword searches to be, but I got started with Google's tools until it was a must to make a switch since secondary tools can be pretty expensive.

Google's keyword suggestion tool is very good but the competition level they shows, it does not indicate ranking competition, it indicates the competition of the advertisers. I have used the Niche finder by Brad Callen and found it pretty working. Don't know much about Market Samurai or Traffic Travis.

UberSuggest is an amazing free tool. I love to combine it with SECockpit and SERPiq.

Also I have this method when I'm researching a niche:

1. I find a competitor who is ranking for one of the big keywords in the niche
2. I plug his site in SEMrush and export all the keywords he's ranking for
3. I import all of those keywords into SEcockpit
4. Rinse and repeat for multiple competitors sites

You'll end up with a huge list of awesome keywords

Well i have used all the leading SEO tools for keyword research like google keywords tool, bing tool, market samurai, wordtracker. At last i am satisfied with the user search queries in google adwords.

Market Samurai is really a great tool.

I use Semrush too. It is another good tool. Here you get Keyword summary, CPC Distribution, Trend, Organic Results, Ads, Related and Full Search Reports related to your searched keyword.
