Is there any way around an adsense ban?

When I first started off I threw adsense up and after a while I was banned, I assume for clicking my own ads, being a noob I didn't read the T&C's and didn't realise that it was against the rules. I just assumed I wouldn't make money from clicking my own links.

I sent them an email basically apologizing and they refused to re-instate my adsense account. Is there any way around it? Different address, ip change, new sites etc etc...or am I doomed forever?

    When you joined Adsense, you agreed that you had read and understood the terms and conditions. Fraudsters and scammers like you need to be kept out of the ecosystem. How do you think those of us who pay good money for adwords feels about that clicks you did on your own adverts trying to scam us?

      Yes. What you are proposing is fraud. It will be banned as soon as Google make the link and your girlfriend can never ever get adsense if she wants it. You committed fraud to get in this situation; now you want to perpetuate it! If you read Google T & C's they reserve the right to take civil action against you if you try and do this - so it can get worse than a ban.

        Regardless if a user's actions were innocent or not, the user still performed invalid activity.

        I also used my girl-friends information, but they've banned my site and banned her account also.

        Google is notorious.

          There is only one way to work around an adsense ban.

          For clickfraud, you are banned for life. Yes, banned for life.
          It is against their policy to reapply. Now I'm sure some idiots
          will tell you to just go ahead an reapply...but I would not
          listen to any idiot who is TELLING you to break the TOS of
          adsense. What's in it for them? See another poor sap make
          a fool of himself?

          If you tell someone who has been banned for life to just
          go ahead an apply using something different, you are a
          purveyor of breaking adsense TOS. Why should anyone
          trust a thing from you?

          Will people ever wise up and actually read and follow
          adsense TOS? I guess not.

          But people, why are you allowing google to run your life?!?!?!?!

          You talk about google as if they are the person responsible for
          your well being, income, business, lifestyle,...guess what? They're not.
