Hi,

I'd like to have a suggestion.

MEDICAL CASE (such as plastic surgery).

When I choose a domain for a niche website what's the best choice?

- An exact match domain (EMD) with the operation type (medical term) as keyword
- An exact match domain (EMD) with the benefit as keyword

Thanks.

Since Google changed their minds about EMDs last year I would go for the most natural and brandable name. In the long term that is always better anyway. Think of the domain name in the search result listing - what domain name would get most clicks/traffic. That one is the one you should choose - not the one the google hypothetically likes the most.

    I second MrMontgomery.

Go with something brandable and build your site out with pages targeting each keyword you're gunning for.
