Google adwords editor question

I successfully loaded campaign data. I set up 8,000 keywords the way I wanted to, by setting up an Excel spreadsheet and using formulas to automate things. I loaded this into Google adwords editor by
keywords >> make multiple changes >> click checkbox for my keyword information below includes columns for campaigns and ad groups >> process
Then I wanted to modify some of the Max CPC's. So I manipulated them in Excel and pasted the 8,000 keywords in the same way. Now when I do this, the Editor interprets this as trying to reload and replace campaign data. It tries to recreate the campaigns and adgroups. Then it throws errors because I don't have budgets and max cpc's. Now I've got all kinds of junk and errors in my Google Adwords Editor window, but the campaign that's live on Google is fine. But I can't use Editor to load any new keyword data because of all the junk in the queue. Is there a way to clear this out?
