NoFollow or DoFollow?

I read that Dofollow make our web become higher rank...... its true?????:confused:
so haw can i choose dofollow comment blog? And where i can find dofollow blog list?

    Yes, dofollow links help your sites rank higher, but you shouldn't just leave your backlink on any site or blog that allows you to. You will get much better results if you place your links on high page rank sites and blogs. To find these kinds of sites, you will need to search the internet for high page rank sites, preferably over PR.3, and then you will need to check if the link you leave is a dofollow link, otherwise Google will not give you credit for it.

    In its most basic definition, "dofollows" will be a way of referring to links that do not use the "nofollow" attribute. In other words your normal links which pass value and credit towards improving search engine ranks.
    Remember that you should look for the best sites or blogs that don't prevent "dofollow" comments

    you can buy them from some of the professionals and even i do have that...you can get them over the internet but the blogs would might be of poor PR and they would of no use to you and even its not that easy to find niche related blogs.

    As far as I understand NOFOLLOW does not help you with the main search engines at all. They are only good for click through traffic directly from the link.

      Lots of free lists and search engines are floating around but they aren't maintained. They are usually 50% nofollow and 50% dofollow. Always confirm before you waste your time leaving comments.

      On average you can expect about 10% of dofollow blogs to turn to nofollow each month so lists must be reconfirmed routinely.

    Use the Firefox NoDoFollow add-on and go looking for places to leave links as you normally would. If NoDoFollow shows the links on the page you want to place link in blue, they're Dofollow and you have the green light to proceed. If the links there are red (looks pink on my monitor), they're Nofollow, so you just move on. Really, it's that simple.

    Don't concern yourself with this - traffic is still traffic. Yes I know you won't get juice passing from pages with "nofollow" but you will still get referrals.
