Wordpress All In One SEO Questions

I have a question about the All In One SEO plugin for Wordpress. How many keywords do you use for your main page, other pages and blogs? Do you use more broad keywords such as Trucks or do you use more exact keywords such as 2005 Blue F150 Truck (just an example)

Do you use the same keywords for every page or do you change them up based on the page?

Also, same question for images on your site. How many keywords do you make the image title?

Also, what do you do for Title Attribute and Menu Label?

PS- This is for my brick and mortar website that im trying to rank higher in my area and a couple other major cities im within 100 miles of.

    i usually do one keyword per page, that is related to that page for example(the particular service that pages is focused on), so it will generally be a long tail keyword. for my main page i use a general short keyword. Might be different from how some people do it but that's what i do!

    The keywords should be relevant to the content of the page - so not the same one on each page. I actually use two or three keywords per page, no more, but that is out of habit really as the major search engines have already said that they don't take note of keywords now.

    The image title is the little text that comes up when a visitor hovers over the image - so I make it descriptive of the image.

    The title is what comes up as the blue link in the search results so, again, I make it descriptive of what's on the page in less that 70 characters with the primary keyword for the page as near to the front as possible.

    The menu label is what appears in the tab on your menu bar so I make this as short as possible as long as it's clear to visitors what the page it's leading to is about.

    Thanks for the advice. Now a quick question. I need to target about 10-12 big cities that my business targets. What's a good way to target these cities names as keywords?

    Answer: It mainly depends on the post that you do, I use combination of broad as well as exact match keywords.

    Do you use the same keywords for every page or do you change them up based on the page?

    Answer: You should ensure to use unique keywords for each of the page that avoids duplication of content.

    Also, same question for images on your site. How many keywords do you make the image title?

    Answer: Use only one main keyword based on the image that you have uploaded and not include the keyword that is irrelvant to the image.

    Also, what do you do for Title Attribute and Menu Label?

    Answer: For Title, I use the keyword based on the anchor text rather than including the main broad keyword and for Menu, does not have much importance.
