I have noticed one site is there which is picking up my posts 100% even the title, banners, pics as it is & publishing on it's own site.

What options I have. How I can get it stopped.

contact the site owner and threaten legal action might be enough to get them to stop doing it. It's probably some auto-spam plugin and the owner will just remove your site from the list.

Possibly try a whois lookup as may contain some contact details.

If you cannot contact the owner, contact their host with a DMCA notice.

Is Panama, Florida, or Panama, the country?

People need to understand that a DMCA is pretty useless
most of the time for the average joe, and certainly useless
outside the US for a whole host of countries. Nobody
gives much of a rip about US laws...Now Panama should
be friendly to US, but heck, look at China, Pakistan, India,...
Nobody gives a flying frick about US copyright law...why
should they? They feel the internet is to be pirated! Go
figure...that's what a lot of people feel the internet should
      be...free flowing....pirated....unchecked...wikileaks...

I have actually never checked to see if any of my content
is copied. I don't have time. I don't really care.

        2.) Fill in your info.

        3.) Print it out.

        4.) \\\=> SIGN IT <=///

5.) Fax it to the infringer's host AND to Google at...

I don't know much about DMCA, never needed it. If both sites are hosted in the US, does that matter? Looks like the host would have to take down content hosted on their servers If they were in the US even If the domain owner wasn't in the US.

BTW, you should check to see If people are hotlinking sometime (at least images), because I still get traffic from a guys site that hotlinked some of my first zip files. The guy is clueless he's sending me traffic (been going on for a few years). He can hotlink my files all day long. That pissed me off at first, then I figured out I have control over what his traffic is looking at when they download my zip files from his site.

Do a search for .htaccess hot linking - and serve some special graphics to appear on this other person's website.

If the images are hotlinked your golden, use it to your advantage & turn those old hotlinked image URLs into advertising banners, then create a new URL for the old images on your own site so your traffic can see the real images (old images).

If someone hotlinks anything on your site, you have control over what shows up on their site.
