Aged domain backlinks question

When buying aged domains, I check the domains of both the domain with and without the 'www'

And each one has a different amount of backlinks.

Which domain (the one with or without 'www') should I look at when analyzing backlinks?

    Links with or without the www. count, but generally one will have drastically more than the other because that is the one that is mainly being promoted. Then the one that's not being promoted would be redirect to the other. (For example, redirecting all links/traffic to include the www. )

    If you type "info:domain.com" in Google, it will tell you which version Google views as the primary.
