I see ad again

I started new as PPC campainer, I need to ask how this works.

Scenario 1:
I have gone to famous travel website, and searched london to paris flight. Now OI can see lot of ads of this flight on google ads

Scenario 2:
When I click on an ad which is of famous clothes website I see all ads of smae store further on...

I want to know is there some trick of cookies or I have to place some code on my page so that my ads being seen when the customer do above two scenarios automatically .

Let me know if some one knows about this

    Well, I don't think so, Adwords ads are very targeted ads, but there are many factors too for determining the relevancy and Google is not able to check every keyword manually... this may be the problem, I think.

    This thing is known as "Remarketing" in Google adwords. When you click on any ad and visits the site then your browser saves cookies and Google Adwords can easily know if you completed the task or goal which ad publisher is targeting.

    If not then publisher has option to target those visitors who didn't complete the task, by displaying their ads again and again.
