    Search for your niche video on Youtube, make sure the video has good number views. Contact the owner of the video and request them to put your website link on the description of the video for around 10-20$. Contact 10-20 people. You will get at least 1-2 reply .

    Comment on youtube videos and include your site URL as part of your comment. Many users include it as part of their signature.

    I guess, youtube is giving you a nofollow link, so no use of it. Instead of using youtube to get backlink, use it to gain referral traffic - use it for social media marketing...
