Do I need to have this on every single page? I don't really want to put them on my individual article pages.

    I only put a link to those on my homepage for each site. I think it's overkill to put it on every page. To each their own. I have seen that if you use Adsense on any of your sites, they have been alerting publishers to add a specific blurb about third-party vendors in your privacy policy. I've been doing that on the homepages just to keep in their good graces.

    No, just have them accessible from your index, or if you have a footer or sidebar that is on every page automatically you can add it there.

    Most people just stick the links to all these legal pages at footer template in smaller font so that it doesn't distract the visitors from the main content of the page. You can go one step further to make these links nofollow.
