This is true that flashy stuffs are not liked by Google, however, there are several rooms which can be used for SEO, these may be quality and slow link building, building brand name of your site, getting random visitors by using some promotional methods.

If the games are the only thing that's flash then the site isn't any different than any other site. Create a short plain text game description, page title, <h1> & good internal/external links.

If you are serious about SEO, the point is to limit the flash to the minimum and have as much plain text / HTML content as possible. May be just the game in flash and everything else, including the game title, description if any and other details etc, should be in text. You need not have too much content, especially since your competition is also going to have little text. Use the page <title> carefully - not too long, just filling in the keywords and use <h> tags in the content. I don't think you need to worry too much about the flash part, you just need to check what your competition is doing and try to improve it.

Adsense need only minimum text to understand the theme, not as much problem as getting high SERPs. Do keyword research using Google Adwords tool to understand both the competition as well as potential adsense rates.

I revive the topic it seems.

I have just started a niche gaming website (motor games) being inspired by a friend who did a good job with a flash games website for young girls. So I started Motor Fun in my spare time just to give it a try. I plan to add a couple hundred games on it in one-two months. This is an after day job project.
In the mean time I've started a facebook webpage and payed some $ to get likes. Unfortunatelly the reach is really low (5% of my "fans" actually see my posts) and that disappoints me very much.
But I'm determined to continue for a few months before I can draw any conclusion. Did you do better with your website?
