Plugin for in store merchandise

Ok so maybe this should go in the design forum but I figured some of you ecommerce warriors might be able to point me in the right direction. I need a simple, client friendly plugin for WP for a client to showcase items that she sells at her location. No online sales. So basically a gallery that allows descriptions/prices, don't need a shopping cart.
I'd like to make it easy for her to add/remove products and put them in the order she wants them to be in. Need an easy interface, she knows basic wordpress but if I custom code something it's going to be a pain in the butt for all involved. Any suggestions? Thanking you in advance you guys are awesome!!
