I just finished my website selling facebook pages and twitter design for a very competitive price. The website looks great, backend panel works, Terms of service policy, full money back guarantee everything is perfect on the website.

I have several google adwords ads setup for VERY specific keywords and it seems i'm getting the traffic and their on the site for 4+ minutes but after several days still not even one conversion. Does anyone know what im doing wrong? Are there other options? THanks!

1. Im getting about 20 clicks a day. Under keywords such as
facebook business page design, create facebook fan page, create facebook business page, , facebook business page and more like these.. My website is MF Social Media | Facebook Business Pages & Twitter Page Designs - Part 1

2. My average package is $20.00. I currently have $20 dedicated in the Adwords campaign daily. I have already tested out facebook ppc and it does not do well at all.

3. my targetting is pretty specific I dont think it's too broad. Any suggestions?

4. In that 4 minutes they are viewing the about us page, checking out products and surfing around. Thats about all..

The checkout process is very easy I have the entire checkout process on one page. It takes about 45 secounds to fill out the quick questions and payment information...

It seems that your site is absolutely new, So, First you have to earn your visitors trust So, that they did not think that your are a fly by night operator. Just Provide some discount coupons or attracted Offers to your visitors and let them to try your services. Good Luck

OP said it was PPC so what does the age of a site have to do with anything?

Thanks for the input. I just added a bar across the top of the website offering a 50% discount maybe this would boost the initial sales. Thanks!

I don't think his question has anything to do with AdWords, per se.
Do you see conversions from other sources, and AdWords traffic specifically doesn't convert?

My only form of traffic is Adwords. Nothing thus far unfortunately.

It's very hard to give you a proper answer without having all the data.. But here's what I would look at:

    1) Do you have enough search volume to make a good impression of what's working and what's not?

If you price your services at $100, then you should test out each keyword in your campaign for at least $100-$200 worth of clicks.

If your campaign is running on content network, you should try to get $100 - $200 worth of clicks from each different website in order to make a proper judgement.

    2) Maybe there are problems within your website

Maybe the payment process is difficult or there are errors that prevent users from finishing the shopping.

    3) Maybe your targeting is off (or way too broad) or your ads are not relevant to the landing page

That's how I would start to analyze the data in order to find out why it's not working for you. Oh.. and the 4+ minutes tells me absolutely nothing. Do they hit the order page? Do they signup? Do they try to figure out how to order? What are they doing in those 4 minutes? If you don't know this yourself, try to figure it out with a service like Crazy Egg.
