Someone said "Buy high PR sites" for good SERP. How do you buy high PR sites? This means, literally, buying an existing site/domain? How you do that? Where you find them? What IS high PR? Does this mean only in your niche or does it matter?

You can go to GoDaddy auctions, as well as many other sites. I would say the best way to utilize this tactic is by creating a niche relevant blog network. Make sure to do your research on this, as there are a lot of factors you need to account for to sustain a powerful and effective blog network.

There are a number auction sites and domain resellers that you can purchase high PR domains from. Expired Domains with PR, Backlinks and more completely FREE does a good job of scrapping domain data for pending domain auctions. At namejet, you can find a list of expiring domain, which are free to use, and some of them may not be in auction as well... but you have to short those domain names according to your requirement.

Don`t waste your time and money on deleted or expired domain buy expiring domain from snapnames.com at a reasonable cost.
