Optin On Someone Else Site

Hello guys,
I have done some PPC to ShareaSale for individual products but wanted to look at doing PPC to Clickbank products and every product I see has "affiliate leaks". You know where they have free 7 day reports or other optin offers.
This is a big no-no for most affiliates because we lose sales if the person buys through the autoresponder. Not to mention the other products that are pushed that our cookie is never set.
I tested a few offers and my affiliate link was nowhere in their autoresponder sequence.
So I was wonder how you guys get around this?
Is there a way to "copy" the sales page to my site and put my own optin box on the page. I don't care if the original site owner still has his own the site, but I want mine on there first. Maybe some type of optin overlay?
This never happens with the physical products I promote, because I just call the affiliate manager and get these leaks plugged or credited to me.
