error bing, Ad Preview

I am a newbie in online business. I'm starting a campaign bing ads. however, to see if my ads are being published in the preview tool bing ads, I get this error:
No, the search query 'xxxxxxx' introduced triggered your ad but this is not being shown for the following reasons:
xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx
I Review all my campaign and all is well: the segmentation, keywords, ad groups.
Someone with experience in bing can help me to correct this error.
