High PR Domain: 301 Domain vs Blog Network

I just purchased a high PR domain that is related to my niche. Let's call it CaliforniaSprockets.com. The domain has tons of high PR backlinks that are likely permanent. Unfortunately the domain name isn't exactly the brand I want to use. I prefer to use a the domain, BuySprockets.com. What do you think about the options below?

1. Redirect CaliforniaSprockets.com to BuySprockets.com to pass the PR and traffic to the new domain. Manually redirect all the top pages on the old domain to new, similar pages on the new domain.

2. Use CaliforniaSprockets.com in a private blog network to prop up several sites, including BuySprockets.com. Consider that I can acquire other domains for my blog network.

3. Just use CaliforniaSprockets.com as my sprocket site, even if "California" doesn't mean much to my site.

What would you do?!?!?

Don't try to complicate the work, make it simple...if you don't use redirection then you have much flexibility to do SEO...

    It's a PR5 domain with solid backlinks.

Then Don't redirect it. Set it up and use it to link to your money site AND do three ways with other site owners.
