Best Adsense Placements for Discussion Forums?

What would the best possible placements for discussion forums?

For guests and members?

Members really have to be tricked to click as they hate banner or text ads.

Header Leader boards don't seem to work for members or guests.

    No, do NOT place them in the header... Better once every 3 posts (or 5 posts) depending how many posts on a page!

    Thats not something you should look forward to. Its against the Adsense policies to "trick" your visitors into clicking on the Ads.
