New Display Planner CPC Keywords

Does anyone know how to find CPC for the Content (now Display) network in the new Google Display Planner?
Before I would use the contextual keyword tool, but now if I type in a keyword phrase the new tool doesn't give the CPC. It only provides other keyword options with CPC history range.
