You made the account in June 2013 so it`s logically to be PR N/A.

Not really especially if people like you spam the place with worthless links.

How are you figuring this out? Are you just searching your username on here in Google?

You can install the SEOquake plugin and click on your name and then you'll see the PR show up in the new toolbar.

Mine is PR2 btw and I think most don't get much higher then that as the homepage is only PR5 here and the OBL is huge (see the list of active users at the bottom of the front page of this forum).

You used to be able to get PR juice from threads that you post in but lately they nofollowed the user names there to avoid abuse I guess.

EDIT: Usernames on the homepage are not hyper links (anymore) so no idea where the pagerank comes from.

I think you have to have some messages on your profiles, a WSO or a classified ad to have a rank juice from Warrior Forum PR5.

Mine is n/a and I've been here for many years with 800+ posts... :-)

Yes but there are also many users here which got PR2 on their profiles links.
Anyway this is not so important.

I do not think it is always important to build backlink to get page rank. For example, I have created a hubpage hub a few months earlier and left it there. Never built any backlink for it. It got PR 1 at the PR update. Content of the page may play some role to get PR.

...because hubpages already has a bazillion external links pointing at a bazillion internal pages that are linking to your new hub.

Your not getting PR on your new hub without links. Doesn't matter who built the links, If you have PR, you have links.

    Welcome to the interwebs

As one mentioned, Probably some of the higher PR pages within WF, will be within the WSO sections.
As the obvious WSO OP, will link the beejebus out of his WSO. Both with signature and off-site promotions. So having a comment on the first page of a WSO. Would probably give you some decent juice.

It's an age old tradition on forum link building, to spider and scrape a niche related forum looking for high pr threads to post a link on.

The more savy SEO would do this.
    • Find a niche related forum.
    • Add your Anchor in your profile.
    • Find a Hot/Controversial topic that got plenty of posts and views.
    • Preferably a topic that has not been discussed in a while.
    • Make a thread about the same topic The more engaging/controversial the better.
    • You'll get juice flowing to you profile through your username link.
    • Become an active poster of such threads, and in time start adding your signature link also into your posts.
    • If you really don't want to look spammy with signatures or the forum does not allow them. Just sign off every thread or post you make with a hyperlink to your profile.
That's non spammy WH forum link building method wrapped up in a box for you. Yukon advocates this type of method a lot for direct traffic. But I'm sure he gets juice too.

    Have fun

    Kevin

I should really add this too.
To leverage the OBL in your favour.
    • Subscribe to every thread you create for email alerts.
    • Respond as quickly as possible to replies = more links back to your profile on the first page of the thread.

If you can afford BuzzBundle, you can do this across multiple forums very efficiently. If you cant afford, just use email notifications.
