Hello !

The search engine www.qwant.com is new but it becomes very popular. They pretend to be competitors of Google. There are four sections: web, news, social, shopping.

Does anyone has experience with SEO for Qwant.com ? I think that there will be more easy to place a web site on the first page than on the Goolge's 1st page. The site is new and there is not a big competition.

It is very strange that the domain Qwant.com is for sale on Go Daddy Auctions. The minimum price is 500 $ and the auctions ends on 8/4/2013.
I tried to send an e-mail to them, but I received an error and nobody answered me.

There is no such thing as SEO for qwant.

If you SEO for google, you SEO for everything else.
    Including stuff that uses bing.

If you were disappointed in your results today, lower your standards tomorrow.

      That is NOT true.

Yandex, for example, uses completely different algorithms to Google. While most of the stuff works for both, they still have their differences. Unfortunately, it's impossible to please everyone.

Why would you even try to bother ranking on a search engine that probably gets about 0.0000001% of the traffic that Google does?
