Hi guys, I'm new to the forum but I was wondering if there were any resources for finding my site's historical pagerank. I know there are sites that track pagerank after submitting the particular URL, but I'm looking for something that can show me changes in my site's rank over the past couple of weeks.

I think he is talking about SERP, I would recommend start using Google Webmasters for that...

Just to give some context; my site was down for around 36 hours because of a mixup with the company who runs the back end for my online store. I have been with them for about a year and recently I decided to enlist their help with some SEO. After a discussion with some of my colleagues, I changed my mind and they temporarily shut down my site until the issue was cleared up.

I noticed a significant decrease in the number of daily orders after this was resolved and I was trying to figure out why this may have happened. My average daily page views have decreased by about 20% this week which may be part of the problem.

I am not sure if there is a tool for that but you may try Specific Feed page rank tracker. They email you of your page rank when it changes.
