Change the placements of your ads regularly to check if the income increases a bit or not.
But it is true that the earning of adsense is increasing for everyone, not only for you. Less number of people clicks on the ads now than earlier.

I guess you mean the opposite. Or maybe not.

Start getting your own targeted visitors.

But you were half right the first time. Adsense is increasing. But
not for everyone. You cannot make a blanket statement that adsense
is "decreasing" for everyone.

i think their is new update rolled out by google, check your keyword ranking in Google webmasters tools

your top paying keyword may have not ranking well now in google so you may be earning low revenue from adsense.

CPC depends upon several factors:

1. Was your site recently hit by Pands?
2. Age of your domain.
3. Bounce Rate
4. Authority of the domain
5. Traffic Sources
6. Giographical location of your visitors.

Ads placement and replacement makes no difference at all. Why would it, think about it? Whether a 468x60 is placed within the content or in the header, it had 0 affects on the number of advertisers and their bids within your niche.

I've been working with adsense for quite sometime to confirm that the main factor here is traffic source and geo location of your visitors.

Can you explain in detail what you mean with geo location? I don't get it. Some clicks on location A has more value than clicks on location B?

Yes, clicks from US for example trigger googles algo to place ads that meant to trigger US visitors. In theory (again depending on your niche) US advertisers tend to pay more for the space, opposed to advertisers from or who target other countries.

I have the same issue,2 month ago google pay me only 52% of my total earning IE: finalizing earning was 52% of total earning,

Another problem is happening: Some time i get some click and some money showing at Estimated earnings but after 2-1 hour its gone !! and there are only 1-2 cent showing but no click.

I might have something to do with the quality of your traffic as well as chances of human like bots scanning your sites.
