Weird Characters in URL

Someone mentioned this awhile back in another thread but I can't find it. I had it once and the characters disappeared after I redesigned my site (Dreamweaver -- no wordpress).
Here's what the homepage looks like:
www . domain . org/#.Uesx9axKXrM
It's showing up on all pages. I removed the "addthis" buttons and they disappeared for awhile, but soon they came back. Anybody experience this? If so, do you know what's causing it?
