Hello everyone, thanks in advance for your help.

What i'd like to know is... Would a keyword which without quotes has 17 million results, 570 when you click the page number on google till they run out. And just 5 results in quotes be easy to rank?

    You need to do proper keyword research man. Check out the back links, Page Rank, on page SEO, and domain age for the top 10 spots for the keyword.
