Tips on driving traffic to blog website

Hey all,
I'll try to keep this brief. I'm going to post a link to a blog not for shameless self-promotion, but to get a sense from some of you if there is a way I can re-structure or optimize my blog page better to generate more organic traffic.

We only launched recently and have seen somewhat decent traffic, but when I go to my Analytics software I'm seeing that virtually all of the traffic is referral and none of it is organic. It's cool to see that people are going to the blog, but with all of my traffic being referral, it will be hard to grow the site past what I am able to post to social network sites.
From a SEO perspective, after taking a look, are there things you think I can do to begin to increase organic traffic? I know the nature of blogs is by no means an overnight success, but I would love to start things out right so that, as the post count grows, hopefully, the percentage of organic traffic will as well.
