You can build crap links manually as well as automatically.

I noticed the new rankings yesterday so within past few days as i remember checkung them within the last few days. No messages in webmaster tools. This seems to be the only site affected. Bing rankings stuck so only google.

No need to sweat yet then. Wondering if your site was just benefiting from query freshness rather than quality linking. If its a fairly new site, that might be the case. But I wouldn't go running around pulling my hair out just yet. Shit like this happens sometimes, just breath and wait it out a while.
