twitter backlinks nofollow?

I was going over my backlinks for my main site and noticed a twitter account I created year ago is no PR1. I have a link to my site on this account (obviously) but it is "nofollow". what's the deal with this? can I change it to dofollow lol?

    If you know the owner of Twitter you can.

    You cannot change a "nofollow" to dofollow, unless your the site owner.
