Hi everyone,

I've been around in the online community for a while now, I thought I would share with you guys one of my SEO Outlines I normally give my staff to work on for websites.

With SEO there is no plan that I have been using for a long time, and during each Google update I will tweak the plan accordingly to adapt to guidelines. Feel free to take this plan and tweak it to your personal needs, but for the most part everything is there. Hope it helps! Im here if you have questions.

There is no set amount of links because each site is different, older sites tend to be able to take more back linking rather then new sites.

1. Spammy Page Titles
2. Meta Keyword Tag Stuffing
3. Content Keyword Stuffing
4. Excessive or Unnatural Internal Linking
B.)During link building campaign, my links will be of
1. Incorporating links only from sites that have good traffic , quality content & social sharing.
2. More relevant and thematic linking with high-quality content and sites
3. Steering clear of deceptive, ad-heavy sites
4. Using unique and top quality, content, every single time
5. Focusing on local search that helps local business listings
6. Diversifying keywords and URLs of the websites.
7. Diversifying link sources and going social (using social media).
8. Emphasizing on direct traffic as well.

SEO Plan

Step - 1 Website analysis & KWR (Keyword Research)
Step - 2 Competitors Analysis
• Finding Your Right Business Competitors
• Complete analysis on top 3 or more competitors
Step- 3 Technical Analysis
• Page Loading Time
• Broken Links
• Duplicate Pages
• Webmaster tools account creation and analysis
• Google Analytics
• XML and HTML Sitemap Creation & Submission
• Robots.txt File
Step – 4 On-Page Optimization
• Meta Description Tags Creation
• Title Tags Optimization
• Header Tags
• Alt Tags
• Image Title Tags
• URL Link Path
• Internal Linking
• Content Optimization
• 404 Error page set up
• 301 re-direct set up
Step – 5 Link Building & Social Media Optimization
I do manual and ethical SEO very close to white hat using different strategies like,
- Directory Submission
-Profile Link Building
- Social Book marking
- Article Submission
- Blog Commenting
- Web 2.0 Back linking
- Paul and Angela etc.
- Yahoo Answers
- Keyword Search & Analysis
- Social Media Marketing and others.
while making links for your site, target HIGH page-rank Relevant sites, that do NOT have high outbound links. (important)

Heres an image I found online that is very helpful to link building.

Its not only high rank websites now it has become to cross check the domain authority of the website. As there is every chance that by next update of page rank, the website might loose ranking so ensure to cross check the authority to remain on safe side.

The latest techniques that work well for getting backlinks are:

    1) Article submission limitied submission in high page rank and domain authority websites and in author bio ensure to give anchor text to brand name rather than exact match keywords.
    2) Document sharing and PDF works really well as these websites have high page rank and domain authority.
    3) Classified submission helps you to drive traffic and also work on social bookmarking websites that too limited.
    4) Directory submission still works but look for high page rank website.

I think everyone will have their own ways to link build, but if this works for you, why change it.

Myself, I like using high PR domains home page links for my main keyword, and tools like Magic Submitter to help keep the keyword density down.
