Rank my posts Google?

I have website a for about 1 year. I have 310000 alexa rank and Google still not rank my posts. How other websites n the same niche have first page n google when post something.

My main keyword results:
Google Rank: 56 Competing Pages: 510,000,000*
Yahoo! Rank: 21*
Bing Rank: 30

My plugins for*SEO: WordPress*SEO*by Yoast

You need to change your content for better, also find quality backlinks for it, I sure that after you did it, you get higher rankings on google.com

Focus on 3 to 5 keywords per post..analyses your competitors keywords..build quality back links on regular basis..
